  • Share Personal Info: Don't share others' personal information without permission
  • Circumvent Platform: Don't arrange off-platform payments to avoid fees
  • Impersonate: Don't impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Engage in Illegal Activity: No illegal activities or promotion of illegal services

For Service Providers

Service Quality Standards

  • Accurate Descriptions: Provide honest, detailed descriptions of your services
  • Clear Pricing: Be transparent about pricing and what's included
  • Professional Delivery: Deliver services professionally and as described
  • Timely Communication: Respond to inquiries and messages promptly
  • Respect Boundaries: Maintain appropriate professional boundaries
  • Continuous Improvement: Use feedback to enhance your services
  • Proper Credentials: Maintain any required certifications or qualifications

Booking Management

  • Honor confirmed bookings or provide reasonable notice for changes
  • Communicate clearly about availability and scheduling
  • Set realistic expectations for outcomes and timelines
  • Provide adequate preparation instructions when needed
  • Follow up appropriately after service delivery

Prohibited Services

The following types of services are not permitted on WisePlay Marketplace:

  • Medical, mental health, or therapeutic services unless properly licensed
  • Legal advice unless properly licensed to practice law
  • Financial advice unless properly licensed and registered
  • Services involving illegal activities or substances
  • Services that promote harm to self or others
  • Adult or sexually explicit services
  • Multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes

For Service Buyers

  • Services that seem too good to be true

Staying Safe
